FAQ
Questions, answered.
How do the online lessons work?
Lessons are live, over a video call, with your own guide — one-to-one or in a small group. We agree the platform and lesson times with you during the free trial week.
What ages do you teach?
Children, teenagers and adults. None of our courses has an age limit — including Hifz.
Which languages do you teach in?
English, Urdu and Arabic. Lessons in French and some African languages can be arranged on request.
Is the trial week really free?
Yes. You get a week of real lessons at no cost, so the guide can assess the student and you can see how we teach before deciding.
How long is each lesson, and how often?
Each lesson is 30 minutes. Monthly packages range from one to five days a week; beginners progress fastest with at least three.
Can we change our package?
Packages are monthly, so you can choose a different number of days for the following month.
What happens if a lesson is missed?
If your guide misses a lesson, it is made up in full. Lessons missed by the student are partly made up where the schedule allows.
How will we know the student is progressing?
You receive updates after lessons, weekly and monthly progress reports, and the results of a formal assessment every two weeks.
Are there discounts for families?
Yes — 10% off when an immediate family member also enrols, plus referral rewards. Fees can also be adjusted for families who need it, and some places are free.
How do we pay?
There is no registration fee. The monthly fee is paid in advance in the first week of each month; payment details are shared after the trial week.
